Activated on October 7, 2011, the Lake Jackson VA Outpatient Clinic is a satellite of Houston’s Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center. The clinic is located at 208 South Oak Drive, Suites 700 & 800.

The clinic, with 12 exam rooms, is staffed by VA personnel and provides primary health care, mental health care, and women’s heath services in addition to Telehealth, Teleretinal, homeless Veteran, phlebotomy, X-ray, and laboratory services for Veterans in the area. Emergency medication needs will be met on a local contract basis.
