On May 18, 2009, the permanent site of the Mount Vernon CBOC became operational and began seeing patients transferred from the interim Sedro Woolley site and other outreach clinic sites in Bellingham and Friday Harbor.

If you are not yet enrolled in VA care, and would like to receive care at VA Puget Sound Health Care System in the future, please complete an enrollment packet and send it for processing to VA Puget Sound Health Care System. To request an enrollement packet, please call 1-800-329-8387, extension *62170.
