Conveniently located on Business Route 422 east of New Castle, the clinic provides primary care, physical exams, weight management, smoking cessation counseling, and route laboratory.  Outpatient behavioral health services are planned including individual and group therapy and medication management.  Referrals to a psychiatrist in Butler may also be provided through secure videoconferencing from the clinic.
