Services Available

The Pembroke Pines VA Community Based Outpatient Clinic is open from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It does not offer emergency services. Those services provided are:

• Primary care
• Electrocardiogram (EKG)
• Laboratory (phlebotomy)
• Immunizations (influenza, pneumonia, tetanus and diphtheria)
• Audiology
• Psychiatry

A service officer from Broward Veterans' Services is available once each week.

Patients are encouraged to call (954) 894-1668, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays, if they have any health questions.

There are no pharmacy services at this clinic. If patients have a refill, medications will be mailed to their home by the medication mail out service

Registration and Enrollment Information

Pre-registration at this clinic is required. Patients not previously registered may do so at this location and will be given an appointment for a later date.
