The Santa Rosa Clinic opened in its present location in October 2009 and is affiliated with the San Francisco VA Medical Center. Services include: primary care, audiology, dental, mental health, pharmacy, lab, radiology, optometry, dermatology, podiatry, and physical therapy. Clinic visits are by appointment and travel arrangements can be made for eligible veterans. The Clinic is open from 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, and is closed on all federal holidays.

VA Santa Rosa Outpatient Clinic offers a wide range of psychosocial and health care services.  The Clinic is committed to serving veterans in the North Bay area.
