The Oakland Behavioral Health Program provides a full range of mental health and substance abuse treatment, including drug and alcohol-related dependencies, medication management,  methadone maintenance, individual and group therapy.

The clinic also manages a Homeless Outreach Program and a Compensated Work Therapy Program.
