Facility Picture

The Lakeside Community Based Outpatient Clinic is located near downtown Chicago, Illinois.  The clinic serves 11,000 individual veterans through approximately 75,000 visits annually.  The clinic offer primary care and a variety of specialty care, such as anti-coagulation, cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology, oncology, and ophthalmalogy.
