The Wilmington Regional Office has been remotely managed by the Philadelphia Regional Office and Insurance Center (ROIC) since 2003.  Wilmington provides Compensation and Pension and Vocational Rehabilitation and Employment benefits to 79,915 veterans residing in the State of Delaware.

The Regional Office is co-located with the Wilmington VA Medical Center.  Additionally,the Center has responsibility for three satellite outpatient clinics in Ventnor, NJ, Vineland, NJ, and Millsboro, DE, and two Vet Centers, one located on the hospital grounds and the other located in Ventnor, NJ.
