Option 1
Take I-90 to I-86 East toward Jamestown . Exit at Strunk Road , exit 11. Turn Right on Strunk Road . Turn Left onto Fluvanna Ave / NY 430. Turn slight right on to Washington St. Washington St. becomes NY 60 south. Turn Right onto US 62. Proceed to Warren clinic, 2-story brick building, right side of street, Farm colony drive. If you reach the Warren Mall / Arby’s, you have gone too far.
Option2
Take Route 6 East to Warren . Exit at Route 62 North. Follow Route 62 North through town. The clinic is north of Warren and just north of the Warren mall perhaps 1-3 miles on left.
