The St. Louis VA Regional Office is located at 400 South 18th St. in downtown St. Louis across the street from Union Station.

From Illinois: Crossing into Missouri from I-64 West. Take the 9th St. exit (Exit 40A) toward Stadium / Tucker Blvd. At the end of the ramp, make an immediate left onto Clark Ave. and follow for approximately ½ mile. Turn left onto South 18th St. and turn left at the brick building on the left.

I-55: Travel north on I-55 toward St. Louis. Take the Truman Parkway exit (Exit 207C) on the left and follow for approximately 1 mile. Truman Parkway will take you right onto South 18th St. Proceed over the viaduct and immediately turn right at the brick building on the right.

I-44: Travel east on I-44 toward St. Louis. Take the Lafayette Ave. exit (Exit 290B) on the left. Turn right onto Lafayette Ave. Turn left onto Truman Parkway and follow for approximately 1 mile. Truman Parkway will take you right onto South 18th St. Proceed over the viaduct and immediately turn right at the brick building on the right.

I-70: Travel east on I-70 toward St. Louis. Take the Memorial Drive exit (Exit 250B) toward Downtown / Pine St. Turn right onto Market St. and follow for approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto South 18th St. and turn left at the brick building on the left.

I-64 / I-40: Travel east on I-64 / I-40 toward St. Louis. Take the Jefferson Ave. exit (Exit 38C). Turn left onto South Jefferson Avenue. Turn right onto Market Street for approximately ½ mile. Turn right on South 18th Street and follow for two short blocks. Turn left at the brick building on the left.
