BY CAR:

Take the Long Island Expressway (I 495) to Exit 53N (Sunken Meadow Parkway)

Proceed north on the Sunken Meadow Parkway to Exit SM 5 (Rte 25A west). Continue westbound for approximately 2.5 miles (you will observe Norwood Plaza on your right).

Take the next left (at traffic light) onto Rinaldo Road (you will observe the directional sign for the VA Medical Center Northport).

The Medical Center is at the juncture of Rinaldo Road and Middleville Road.
